Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it for shipment. Most orders are processed and dispatched within a reasonable timeframe. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are typically handled on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping to all domestic locations. For eligible orders, free standard shipping may apply. Otherwise, standard shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery area. All domestic orders are shipped through reputable carriers. Please note that delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your package leaves our facility, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

All orders are shipped from our primary fulfillment center. We do not provide guaranteed delivery dates for any shipping method, including expedited options. If you select an expedited service, please be aware that such options typically do not include weekend or holiday delivery. Orders placed with expedited shipping later in the week will generally not arrive until the following business week.

In-Store Pickup

If you live near one of our physical locations, you may choose the “Pickup In Store” option at checkout. After your order is ready, a team member will notify you. Please keep in mind that pickup orders may require additional processing time, particularly when items are being transferred from another location. You must present identification and your order confirmation when picking up.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently only ship to addresses within the domestic region.

Returns and Exchanges

For returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label upon request. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not cover return shipping costs for exchanges unless the item was defective or the error was on our part. All returned items must be in their original condition.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not able to control the transit time. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. If your package is delayed, we will work with both the carrier and you to assist in resolving the issue. However, we do not assume liability for packages that are lost or delayed after dispatch, nor do we offer compensation for such events. We strongly recommend reviewing the carrier’s policies for further information.
